Training Tip - The Wheel of Death


Just thought I would give you guys one of my most useful training secrets, the ab roller. We've all read about the importance of core strength training, abs are the flexors to the low back extensors, and we need to keep those muscle groups in balance. If your core is strong, you can stay more relaxed and in good form when the going gets tough. You can get one of these little torture devices at Big 5 for less than 15 bucks. I do about 50-100 a day. (the ladies love the six pack you know....) My nickname for this thing is the 'wheel of death'. Your abs will let you know why after you try the first few rollouts....
